JUAN CARLOS MORÁN

Juan Carlos Morán is a civil litigation and transactional attorney.  He obtained a Bachelor of Art Degrees in Politics and International Studies, with minors in International Business and History, from Fairfield University in 2007.  He graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Trial Litigation in 2012. In the same year, Juan was admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and in the United States District Court of New Jersey.

Upon admission to practice law, he was hired as an Associate Attorney with a well-known trial law firm in Manhattan, where his focus was on cases involving infant lead-poisoning, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents and other complex personal injury matters. He has represented clients before state trial courts, New York State Appellate Courts, New York State Court of Appeals, and New Jersey Appellate Courts.

Juan is a proud son of parents who emigrated from Ecuador. He is fluent in Spanish and alumni of Paramus Catholic High School. He resides in Bergen County with his wife and daughter.
